Shipping
Free standard shipping is included for products in the store. Shipping includes UK mainland only ( excl. NI, highlands and islands ). For delivery outside of UK mainland, please contact sales@birbecks.co.uk.
Shop items will typically be sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
Packaging
Our boxes and packaging are made of fully recyclable, reusable and biodegradable materials and sealed with kraft tape.
Larger and nonstandard items may be sent using repurposed packaging.
Occasionally packaging may include the use of bubble and shrinkwrap.
Please aim to recycle or reuse packaging products.
Returns
Commissioned furniture and made to order items are non returnable. This includes any items from the shop which have been made to order.
Should your item unfortunately arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery at sales@birbecks.co.uk.
Please inspect your order up on delivery. If you notice any damage to the outside of the packaging, we kindly ask you to notify the courier company and note the damage on the delivery slip. If you are collecting any items direct from the workshop, please check the item thoroughly before taking it.
Faulty Items
If you believe the item is faulty please email us at sales@birbecks.co.uk.
We reserve the right to refuse to repair, refund or replace any item if you have attempted to repair it yourself or organised for a 3rd party to repair it.
